Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Certain items, such as grooming products, candles, and soaps, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of grooming products, candles, or soaps unless they are damaged or defective.
