Barberet Co. has made our mission to provide our clients and customers with the best experience there is.
However, we would like to ask you to give us the same courtesy, we will do our best to solve any reasonable issues with your order.

To request a return authorization:

Contact us within the first 5 days from when your order arrives to you

Package and product must be intact, never used.

If package was damaged in transit, we will require pictures of unopened carrier package outside and inside once the contents have been inspected.

Once we have received the pictures of damaged package and products inside, we will determine is a return, replacement or refund would be advisable.

We will send you an authorization email if refund and return have been approved on our end.

We will not issue refunds or returns for already used products.
